1. 200 free--100 stroke--200 free
2. 200 free--100 kick--200 free
3. 5x100 B-5 (test set; I did 1:30!)
4. 200 free; 3x100 hard kick B+1:00 (Ugh!)
5. 500 aerobic
6. 500 anaerobic threshold (with stroke mixed in)
