Mish-Mash

Triathlon Training Workout (a bit of everything, “mish-mash”)
Warm up:
- 6 x (50 m swim, 50 m drill)
- 3 x (100 m swim, 100 m kick)
- 200 m swim
- 200 m stroke
Main Set:
- 2 x 300 m swim (rest 0:30)
- 150 m (50 m free, 50 m back, 50 m free) (rest 0:10)
- 150 m (50 m free, 50 m breast, 50 m free)
Cool down:
- 2 x 100 m easy swim/kick
Total Distance: 2300 m
